We want every homeowner who reaches out to Developmentinvolves Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Developmentinvolves Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Developmentinvolves Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Illinois.

How to File

Email contact@developmentinvolves.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
